Online Therapy For Individuals Across California

Helping you feel less overwhelmed, more understood, and more connected to yourself.

Therapy for Teens and Adults Navigating Anxiety, Life Transitions, Relationships, and ADHD

You’re doing the best you can.

But if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, worried, or exhausted, know that change is possible.

You’ve been showing up and pushing through, maybe for a long time. On the outside, you appear strong, capable, even accomplished. But inside, your mind is overanalyzing, doubting, and feeling weighed down by pressure, worry, or stress.

Maybe you’re…

  • Caught in cycles of anxiety or perfectionism, striving for balance

  • Struggling with focus, motivation, or managing your time effectively

  • Navigating a life transition that feels more stressful than expected

  • Feeling disconnected in your relationships—or from yourself

  • Ready to break free from old patterns but unsure where to start

No matter where you are right now, you don’t have to do it alone.

Insight creates growth, and growth leads to real change.

Let’s take that first step together.

This is a place for you to breathe, untangle what’s weighing you down, and finally feel like yourself again.

How I can help

  • ADHD

Living with ADHD can be frustrating, especially when it’s misunderstood. You may struggle with focus, follow-through, or emotional regulation—and still be working harder than anyone realizes. I offer compassionate, neurodivergent-informed support to help you understand your brain and find systems that work for you.

  • Anxiety

If you feel stuck in loops of worry or perfectionism, therapy can help you quiet the noise and build a sense of calm. Together, we’ll identify the thoughts and patterns that fuel anxiety and develop tools that help you respond with more clarity and confidence.

  • Life Transitions

Whether you're starting a new job, ending a relationship, moving to a new place, or just entering a new season of life, change can stir up a lot. Therapy gives you a steady place to process the shift, reconnect with your values, and move forward with intention.

MEET MACY CHAPMAN, LMFT, LPCC (SHE/HER)

Founder & Psychotherapist, Insight Counseling

Hi, I’m Macy.

I’ve spent nearly a decade supporting people through the messy, beautiful, and often nonlinear process of healing. I began my career providing and coordinating care in an in-patient mental health facility, which shaped my commitment to compassionate, evidence-based treatment.

My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. By blending Person-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I provide both a warm, supportive space to explore your emotions and a structured path toward change—while compassionately challenging you to grow along the way.

Whether you’ve been in therapy before or this is your first time reaching out, I’m here to meet you where you’re at. Let’s clarify what’s getting in the way, process what needs healing, navigate challenges, and build new skills to support you now and in the future.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people find short-term therapy helpful for specific goals, while others prefer ongoing support. We’ll work together to find a pace that feels right for you.

  • I support teens (15+) and adults who are navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship concerns. If you’re not sure if that’s you—reach out and we’ll talk it through.

  • Our first few sessions will focus on understanding your history, current challenges, and goals. From there, we'll develop a collaborative plan that may include exploring patterns, processing emotions, learning new skills, and practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others.
